This notice explains how Busy Balance LLC d/b/a Well Balanced by Andrea ("Well Balanced," "we," "us" or "our") handles information submitted through the paid Core Health blood test and results-review offer and the optional email sign-up shown after a purchase.

Core Health order and review

If you purchase the Core Health blood test and results review, Practice Better will collect and process the contact, billing and shipping information needed to complete your purchase and coordinate your service. Payment-card details are handled by Practice Better and its payment processor; this website does not receive or store your full card number.

Andrea uses the order and shipping information you provide through Practice Better to place your kit order with SiPhox Health. Information needed for fulfillment—such as your name, email address and mailing address—is shared with SiPhox so it can ship the kit and send activation, collection, tracking and results-related communications. Practice Better is also used for purchase confirmations, forms, secure messages and scheduling the included results review.

Optional email sign-up after purchase

Joining the Well Balanced marketing email list is optional and is not required to receive your kit or results review. If you choose to sign up, this website collects your first name, email address, consent choice and basic submission records, and sends your first name, email address and the fact that you opted in from the Core Health thank-you page to Flodesk, our email service provider. Flodesk is used to send functional nutrition education, business updates and occasional offers. We do not send your laboratory results, health history, kit identifier, shipping address or Practice Better records to Flodesk through this form.

Website and service providers

The hosting and database services that operate this website store optional email sign-ups. We use Flodesk for marketing email, Practice Better for the paid client workflow and SiPhox Health for kit fulfillment and testing. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and practices. We may also use or disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the service, prevent misuse, comply with law or protect our rights.

Health information and educational services

Do not submit laboratory results, medical history or other sensitive health information through the marketing sign-up form. Use the designated Practice Better or SiPhox process for health, testing and order information. The results review is educational and does not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in an email. Unsubscribing after a purchase will not affect your kit or included results review. Service providers may still send non-marketing messages needed to complete your order or service. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion of information held directly by Busy Balance LLC d/b/a Well Balanced by Andrea, email andrea@wellbalancedbyandrea.com. We may retain information when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, dispute or service-administration purposes.
